As host, you'll set the mission up before your squad arrives, so nobody sees the objective early. Here's what we'll cover:
1Print Your Kit
Open the PDF from your download email and print it on standard A4 paper. No special printer or paper needed.
Watch: How to Download & Print
The kit is designed for a team of up to 5 players. Got a bigger squad? Print extra copies and run competing missions side by side:
| Players | Copies to print |
|---|---|
| Up to 5 | 1 copy |
| 6 to 10 | 2 copies |
| 11 to 15 | 3 copies |
| 16+ | 4 copies |
2Set Up The Challenge Cards
To pull off the mission, your team will work through several sets of challenges involving lateral thinking, decoding, and folding puzzles. Setup takes about 5 minutes:
Watch: How to Set Up
- Cut out the challenge cards and split them into 6 piles before the game begins.
- Keep the piles roughly in order, they build on each other as the mission progresses.
- Keep scissors, blank paper, and pens nearby.
- Start the mission!
Checking your answers: Rebel Revolt uses a phone-based Hints page instead of a paper answer sheet. There's a quick training round built in, so nobody's confused about how it works before the real mission starts.
3When Your Squad Arrives
Welcome everyone and brief the mission before you start the clock:
What's going on: Your team has one shot to infiltrate a hostile facility and complete the mission before the intel leaks. No pressure.
How to solve: Work through the challenge piles in order. Check your progress on the Hints page as you go.
Playing as a team: Appoint a squad leader, then work together, this one rewards teamwork over speed.
Ready to play? Suit up, brief your squad, and let the mission begin.
Stuck on a puzzle mid-mission? Every clue has a gentle nudge waiting for you.
