1. About These Terms

EscapeZone Kits (kits.escapezone.co.in) is operated by Escape Zone Ahmedabad ("Escape Zone", "we", "us", "our"), registered office at 202, Arista Business Hub, 100 Feet Road, Anand Nagar, Jodhpur Village, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015. By accessing this website or purchasing a product from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. What We Sell

Every product on this website is a digital, downloadable print-and-play escape room kit (a PDF file), delivered by email and available through your account after purchase. We do not ship any physical product. All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, and net banking. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. You will get a confirmation email with your download link, and can also access your purchase anytime by logging into My Account.

4. Download Access

• Each purchase gives you access to download the PDF file up to 5 times.
• Download links expire 30 days after purchase.

5. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a kit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use that kit for private, non-commercial gameplay (family game nights, birthday parties, friend gatherings, and similar personal use). You may print as many physical copies as you need to play with your own group.

You may not do any of the following without our prior written permission:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the PDF file or printed copies to anyone outside your own game session;
• Upload the file, or any part of it, to a public website, file-sharing service, or marketplace;
• Use the kit for a commercial venue, paid event, or classroom without a separate commercial or site license;
• Remove or alter any branding, copyright notice, or watermark from the materials;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the game content for distribution to others.

All game content, artwork, puzzles, and branding remain the intellectual property of Escape Zone and its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in your access being revoked.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Disclaimer

Our kits are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. While we test every kit before release, we make no guarantee that the content will be free of errors. If you find a printing or puzzle issue, let us know and we will help resolve it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
